Job description

The responsibilities for the Engineer Supervisor include the provision of a customer responsive service for delivering a range of Transport, Highways, Traffic, S278, S38, to ensure projects are managed/co-ordinated within a programme of works, ensuring designs are produced by teams in accordance with the programme deadlines. Providing guidance to  delivery teams on the standards and appropriate methods for developing schemes.  Assist in the development of new work areas and the development and training of colleagues as appropriate through a team orientated approach. Identify the resources required to meet workload demands within the programme, and assist the Major Projects & Delivery manager the post holder must have a good understanding of  all aspects of the CDM Regulations, and  NEC contract arrangements.
