The Role

We are seeking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to work in an interesting and rewarding setting with young people who have a wide range of educational, emotional and behavioural needs.  In every case, you will need resilience, emotional maturity and a genuine passion for helping young people.  Perhaps, most important of all, is that you share our collaborative approach where the students' needs are at the heart of every decision we make.  In this post you will support our young people through a variety of disciplines and work with a wide group of stakeholders.

We are looking for:

  • Qualifications to level 2 in maths and English.
  • Experience of working with young people
  • A willingness to learn and work as a key member of a small team
  • A person with resilience and a good sense of humour
