Assistant director - customer services
Over the past five years Babergh and Mid Suffolk Councils have been at the forefront of joint working and progressive partnership - two sovereign councils, each with a strong sense of identity but with a shared vision of the future. Our new Assistant Director for Customer Service will relish challenge and have the persistence to succeed. Taking personal responsibility for ensuring delivery and be able to challenge the status quo, articulating views persuasively and confidently.
You will have significant experience of developing and sustaining a culture that meets the needs of and engages with customers and staff within a safe, open and high performing work environment. Experience of implementing digital transformation and channel shift would be advantageous.
