Children and young people continue to be our priority and we have come a long way in a short time. We have invested heavily in our service’s and have made a firm commitment to protect caseloads, develop effective teams and work towards the delivery of the highest quality services. As a result we have seen year on year improvements most notably in education, where 83% of our schools are judged to be good or better – with a focus on special educational needs. You will be tasked with continuing the improvement journey and will lead corporately on integration and transformation.
