Trainee Customer Services Advisor
The Customer Service Centre continues to provide excellent service to our customers face to face, by telephone and by letter or email. As part of our resource planning for the future we have a trainee Customer Service Advisor role. The successful candidate will receive extensive training in the CSA role and associated services, with a view to progressing into a full advisor role.
To be a trainee customer service advisor you will enjoy working directly with customers to resolve their queries and recognise the importance of first class communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction. You will already have had experience of working with customers face to face and/or via the telephone and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to developing a career in Customer Services. It is desirable that the suitable candidate has an NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Services.
The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
