The Corporate Assurance and Improvement Team are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.
You will assist in managing the Council's insurance portfolio, claims handling and risks.
You will also be required to carry out audits and provide high quality advice and guidance to management on issues relating to internal control, risk management, financial reporting and the prevention of fraud and corruption.
Previous experience of working in an audit, insurance and risk management environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
