Job requirements:

You will lead and manage Adult Social Care, reporting to the Chief Executive. You will work closely with partners to transform the way that services for adults and older people are delivered, changing the shape of service provision and moving further towards prevention. A qualified social worker (or health service equivalent), you will need to have strong leadership abilities and the ability to work laterally across services and the wider organisation to deliver quality services that provide value for money whilst:

  • Fostering and utilising creativity to provide solutions
  • Thriving on ambiguity and driving change to pace
  • Relishing personal responsibility in delivering outcomes with a solution based approach
  • Commissioning excellent provision
  • Working collaboratively with partners and with the Liverpool City Region
