Housing Apprentice

2 years fixed-term

If you are enthusiastic and keen to learn about housing and, more specifically, how to prevent homelessness in Warwickshire then this may be the opportunity for you.

Preventing Homelessness Improving Lives, or p.h.i.l, is an exciting new project funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government running initially until 31st December 2019.  As an Apprentice, involved in this project, you will have some experience of analysing data or at least be good with facts and figures and will have a passion for helping people.

We are looking for a capable person to undertake a structured training programme in order to gain key knowledge about housing and homelessness and then put it into practice as part of this front-line role with p.h.i.l.  Analysing the facts and figures will also be important to both the project and the Department of Communities and Local Government.  Full training will be given within the workplace and externally by the Chartered Institute of Housing.

For an informal discussion about this role, please call Holly Reid, Prevention Manager, 01788 533645
