Senior Revenues Officer
We are looking for a Senior Revenues Officer to assist in the administration and collection of Council Tax. With experience of working in a Council Tax environment, you’ll play a key role in our busy billing team, providing advice and support to colleagues and assistance to team leaders, you’ll have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines and targets.
You will need to be accurate, productive and it’s important that you are flexible and can adapt to changing demands. You’ll deal with members of the public in person, by telephone, by post and by email and be confident in dealing with more complex Council Tax matters. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to customer care, possess sound IT skills and have a good understanding of Word and Excel.
