At Compass Point Business Services we play a crucial role in the delivery of valued customer and back office services, on behalf of and for South Holland and East Lindsey District Councils. Our expertise is in the delivery of services in local government, with particular focus on Human Resources, Finance, IT, Customer Services and Revenues & Benefits.

An exciting trainee opportunity has become available in our ICT Web Application team gradually increasing individual responsibility for the design, maintenance and support of the Web Development environment (both internal and external). The role will require a positive and proactive approach. The successful candidate will be able to engage with our clients and suppliers to enable maintenance and delivery of an online environment within best practices and to agreed Service Levels.

Whilst you will be predominantly based at a single location there will be requirements to travel to remote sites.
