South Holland District Council is seeking to appoint two forward thinking and innovative individuals who can help deliver a high quality, efficient and cost effective service.
You will carry out uniformed patrols of hot spot areas and will ensure compliance with the Public Space Protection Orders in South Holland, issuing Fixed Penalty Notices when required. You will work closely with external partners and residents to promote community cohesion and social inclusion, signposting vulnerable members of the community to targeted support.
You will have excellent observational skills alongside the ability to problem solve. You will be able to mediate and negotiate with a diverse audience. Knowledge and the use of current legislation to deal with anti-social behaviour are essential as are excellent communication and IT skills.
