System Control Team Leader
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead, direct and develop the work of the System Control Team to ensure that the Capita Revenues and Benefits and Civica DMS information systems used within the Service are properly administered and support service delivery. This will include managing the team’s workload, making sure that procedures are up to date, and payment schedules/runs are adhered to.
The individual will be required to liaise and regularly meet with the Revenues and Benefits Team Leaders to ensure that their needs and requirements of the systems are met. The individual will also need to act as the Service’s link between the system suppliers and internal Digital Services where required.
