Two senior management positions have become available at East Lindsey District Council.  The post holders will play an influential role in the future development of a range of services and projects; and as part of the Corporate Management Team; you will make a strong contribution to the strategic direction of the Council.

The Assistant Director for Growth will oversee Planning, Planning Policy, Economic Development, Tourism and Communications (our ‘Growth Team’); and alongside this, you will have corporate responsibility for advising on current and future capital assets (both commercial and service related).  We want strong, sustainable growth in our district, so we need somebody who can think creatively and work well with partners to create an environment where there is good business growth, more jobs and successful places.

East Lindsey is one of the largest rural districts in England, with a range of market and coastal towns.  This brings challenges in terms of service delivery and economic and housing growth, but the excellent quality of life is a great asset.

Like most authorities, we are looking at new ways of generating income, taking advantage of digital technologies and constantly reviewing our services – we need senior managers who can help us deliver on a wide range of agendas.

To find out more about these roles please phone Wendy Bett, Personal Assistant, on 01507 613411 in order to arrange a chat with Stuart Davy, Chief Executive, or Alison Penn, Director.
