The role of Sales & Marketing Director is crucial to our future success. As part of the board and senior management team your key task will be to drive our customer acquisition strategy with pace and dedication, and to engage and enable our clients to transform the way they buy and deliver a range of essential services. We have built a truly remarkable product; we are first mover into a multi-billion pound market, and we now need you to help us reach our potential.

You will have significant personal credibility and a successful track record of driving change. Knowledge of stakeholder management and how change is executed is a must as is the ability to plan, execute and deliver. Experience of embedding technology and/or service solutions is a must, as are core leadership and managerial skills. You will inspire confidence, be resilient and persistent, and have a natural empathy with the customer mind-set. In addition to being emotionally intelligent, results-oriented and entrepreneurial, you will be intellectually robust and passionate about growing our reach and impact.
