We are looking for an ambitious individual to join Camden's Planning Policy team to help us continue to deliver a high quality and robust policy framework and contribute to achieving the Council’s objectives.
The role will involve contributing to the review of the Council's Site Allocations and supplementary guidance, providing support to communities undertaking neighbourhood planning and a range of other planning policy work.
This role would be ideal for a confident individual with excellent verbal and written communications skills, as you will develop relationships within and outside of the Council with various stakeholders, such as: Housing, Transport and Sustainability teams, neighbourhood forums, the GLA, consultants, landowners and developers. You will have a degree level qualification in Planning or a related discipline, with eligibility for Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
You will be a team player and able to work across teams to deliver an overall effective and streamlined service.
