This is an opportunity to join the Transformation Unit and be integral part of supporting the delivery of the Transformation and Digital Programme. You will assist the Head of Transformation, Digital Transformation Lead and Change Managers with the day to day management of all Transformation and Digital Programme projects, providing professional and administrative support as required.
Key priorities include:
• Taking the responsibility for the proactive support of a range of activities that support the effective delivery of the Transformation Programme:
• Manage the organisation and delivery of a programme of workshops and events to support the delivery of Transformation activities
• Collate and manage a register of programme and project information and provide regular updates of progression
• Schedule and coordinate programme reporting arrangements
• Monitor progress against action plans and provide data required for reporting internally and to members
