We are looking for experienced leaders to help us shape the way we work and transform how we do business.

You will oversee the development and delivery of major regeneration projects, acting as the Council’s external funding specialist, working closely with partners and actively identifying and securing external funding.

You will have a track record of bidding successfully for EU, UK and regional external funds with experience of managing capital budgets through funding policies as well as knowledge of UK and EU issues, policy, funding and grant programmes.

We are looking for experienced leaders to help us shape the way we work and transform how we do business.

In addition to playing a key corporate role as a member of the Council’s management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality services across your teams, bringing together inward investment, business engagement, the cultural and tourism offer, major regeneration projects and external funding.

You will have experience of developing inward investment and regeneration strategies and evidence of their practical application in project delivery and/or service interventions.
