South Holland District Council are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Housing Landlord Services Manager to join and lead our housing team in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Duties: The focus of this role will be on leading the team to deliver our services in housing options, estate management, property services, operational repairs team, private sector housing and asset management. The post holder will be a key senior member of the management team within the council’s Place Directorate.

Desirable Requirements: To be successful you'll have significant experience of working at a senior level within a similar role. You’ll be accustomed to working collaboratively to deliver strategic and operational objectives, with a proven track record of project management and managing a diverse team. You'll add new innovation, thinking and challenge to both your and the department’s roles within the organisation.

You will use your specialist knowledge across the breath of contemporary housing issues to provide strategic and operational management oversight, helping to drive South Holland District Council to be amongst the very best housing service providers in the country.
