South Holland District Council is seeking to appoint an innovative and forward thinking manager passionate about delivering a professional and efficient in-house repairs service on the Councils own housing stock with an emphasis on providing good customer service.
You will be responsible for twelve tradesmen and associated office staff delivering high quality, cost effective, right fix first time response repairs and work to empty properties to the Councils Void Standard to support the delivery of housing across the district.
You will have experience of working in the housing maintenance sector having managed repairs and voids and have a strong awareness of asset management, housing maintenance and the use of financial management systems.
