An exciting opportunity has become available to lead our ICT Technical Services team providing day to day operational and strategic management of the team support and maintaining our Clients ICT infrastructure and services. As a hands on manager you will be required to bring your experience and skills to the role to ensure all issues are resolved within time frames, lead on ICT projects, communicate innovative ICT-centric solutions and provide support to the team in developing their skills and knowledge.
The successful applicant will have a solid technical understanding with significant demonstrable experience. They will display proven development and support skills and ideally have team leadership, service desk provision and project management experience. Confidence, good communication skills and a strong proactive work ethic is essential.
Based at Spalding or Manby (Lincolnshire) - with a requirement to work across both sites
