We have recently restructured our services and are redefining our relationships with our strategic partners in Leicester to deliver our vision. Our journey has begun and we are now looking for a Head of Service - Educational Performance who can turn the vision into a reality for our children and young people. A highly skilled and effective Raising Achievement Service will be central to our success.

There is a commitment from all partners to tackle our challenges together and celebrate our successes collectively.  As the Head of Service - Educational Performance you will be required to work closely with senior officers, headteachers, governors and other strategic partners to deliver our key priorities through the reshaped Leicester Education Strategic Partnership whilst ensuring the Local Authority fulfils its statutory duties.

To achieve success you will have outstanding leadership qualities with exemplary communication and negotiation skills, and will have a demonstrable record of achieving success and influencing outcomes, together with the ability to win the confidence and trust of Members, staff, the community and our partners.
