We are seeking to recruit a Workforce Resourcing Officer to join our Workforce Resourcing Team.  The team provides front line workforce resourcing advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring that policies and processes are followed and data is maintained in a timely and accurate manner within a growing “self service” environment.

You will co-ordinate recruitment campaigns from initial advice to appointment ensuring that information provided to managers and applicants is clear, concise and correct and that vetting and safer recruitment procedures are carried out in full.

You will have an HR related qualification, be working towards your CIPD or have a willingness to study.  A keen interest in HR issues including contract and employment law is essential.

The ability to follow processes, maintain excellent records of activity, prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met and work with minimum supervision is also essential. 

You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and be able to deal calmly and professionally with difficult and/or sensitive situations.  A creative, solution based approach would be helpful to assist our managers with their recruitment needs.

You must have experience of working within an HR/Resourcing team, knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and policies, knowledge of an HR system together with a good understanding of the inter-relationship of data in the integrated HR.

You will possess excellent communication skills, have a flexible attitude to respond to customer requirements and a positive attitude to our continuous development of self service functions, in order to provide an efficient, modern and streamlined service.  You will have a proven ability to work within a team environment, good I.T skills and be willing to contribute your ideas to service improvements.
