Customer Services Advisor

1 x Part-time 18 ½ hours (Monday – Friday Mornings)
Working as part of a team of Customer Service Advisors, you will be responding to a range of enquiries about council tax, housing tenancies, environmental issues, the electoral roll, licensing, parking, community safety and so on. To do this, you will need to be capable of developing your knowledge of all services provided by the council and will need to have a mind-set that is focused on delivering consistently good customer care.
You must have experience of using customer service centre technology; both Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. You will need to be good at communicating with customers face to face and over the telephone and able to deal with their enquiries efficiently. Good keyboard skills are essential.
