We are looking to recruit a new Highways Asset and Maintenance Manager for the Council's Highways Maintenance Service.

Brighton & Hove City Council is a multi-award winning Local Highway Authority that is striving to meet future demand and maintenance of a busy highway network. The City is growing with exciting development plans and it’s critical that the Council manages its highway asset effectively in order to meet that future growth and development demand.

As the successful candidate you will possess leadership skills and have experience of managing a skilled in-house highways maintenance team and term contractors. You will have a track record of successfully developing and delivering service improvements, and you will also have a strong customer ethos, a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.

Pay up to £46,300k (pay review pending)
