The Role

We’re looking for two Executive Directors to join our senior leadership team and to continue our rapid transformation as a council and a borough.

The Executive Directors play a very distinctive role at the council. They are there to support the Chief Executive in developing and implementing leading edge strategies to achieve our vision and priorities and also to act as leads for a number of corporate boards, overseeing delivery of our key projects and programmes.

These roles provide great personal development opportunities as they enable progressive senior managers to lead across multiple service areas rather than be restricted to oversight of a particular service or services.
