As Residential & Pollution Services Manager you will provide leadership of a range of critical regulatory and statutory services that help keep Londoners safe and protect their quality of life.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of the Regulatory Services Partnership, you will lead a team of up to 50 technical staff providing Noise, Pollution, Air Quality, Pest Control and Private Sector Housing services.
As a member of the partnership’s management team, you will provide leadership, professional and technical advice across your service areas. As we transform and grow we will look to you to take on important change programmes that improve customer experience, drive efficiency and support our corporate objectives.
Each of our partner Councils is placing increasing importance on the areas of work covered by the post. You will be joining at a critical time and will be responsible for developing new air quality plans and implementing the new arrangements for private sector housing licences.
Your expertise and endeavour will help secure our future as the pre-eminent provider of regulatory services in the capital.
About you
You will be a qualified regulatory services practitioner with experience in private sector housing and pollution services. You will bring experience of working at a managerial level in local government and a track record of providing advice and support to leaders and senior decision makers.
