Following a restructure of the Council's Strategic Housing Service we are looking to recruit a Business and Performance Manager to plan, lead, manage and implement policy, process, procedure and service standards for the Council's Strategic Housing Service, managing a team that will also be responsible for the development and implementation of an overarching Housing Strategy for the Council.
Applicants will need to demonstrate a wide range of experience and knowledge of both housing management and strategic housing issues, together with an ability to lead and manage staff working in a Housing Authority or Association.
