We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to the post of Wellbeing Hub assistant within the Wellbeing Lincs team. The Wellbeing Lincs team aims to support vulnerable adults maintain independent lives.

The key role of this position is to assist in processing of referrals coming in to Wellbeing Lincs; this could be via phone, e-mail or the bespoke referral route. The successful post holder will also be the initial point of contact for those contacting wellbeing lincs for a variety of reasons and therefore a confident and friendly telephone manner is essential

This role is mainly office based and will include the provision of all aspects of administrative support to the Wellbeing Lincs team, as well as liaising with, and supporting Trusted Assessors and Generic Support Officers on current cases they are dealing with.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
