As a Systems Thinking Senior Manager, you will join our dedicated systems thinking team which is responsible for building capabilities in the organisation to think and act differently to enable us to work towards our vision.
The post holder will build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders to contribute to decision-making and have a relentless focus on our citizens' experience. You will help Camden reimagine its services taking into account the system as a whole, shifting the thinking and behaviour as well as the strategy to challenge current assumptions and drive change. You will play a key leadership role in the organisation.
To be considered for the role, you will be:
An expert practitioner in systems thinking / quality improvement approaches within complex organisations with a focus on innovation and improving services for the end-user. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of applying Vanguard method, however this is not essential.
A self-starter with a collaborative and supportive approach to team working
You will have:
Significant experience of building capabilities in other people to apply systems thinking / quality improvement approaches, including senior leaders, front line staff and other systems thinking team members
Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
Strong personal credibility, humility and commitment to continuous learning
A motivation to improve public services for citizens
