Salary range: £25,746 - £27,342 p.a. inc.

Contract: Fixed term - 6 months

Hours of work: 36 hours per week

Location: Civic Centre and other locations from time to time

The Post

The Voids Team is currently looking for a Voids Coordinator, who is able to provide a proactive, professional support service for voids administration. The post holder will be expected to provide an effective and efficient administrative function, as well as first class customer service to our customers, contractors and clients. 

The post holder will be the first point of contact for all voids queries for the team.  As well as dealing with the bookings and appointments of voids works, assisting with complex voids project and contract management of voids contracts.  

The role will be fixed term for 6 months to cover maternity leave.   

The Person

You will have proven experience of working within a customer services environment and have excellent organisational skills. Ideally you will have good experience of organising property services admin tasks, problem-solving and decision making.

It is essential that you are able to manage large workload to enable you to prioritise each of the voids projects.  So having sound knowledge of the housing would be an advantage especially experience of dealing with void property management. 

Key point to candidates:

  • You will have experience of delivering first class customer service.
  • You are able to demonstrate your knowledge of working in a housing discipline and an understanding of void property management.
  • The ability to problem solve and decision make including dealing with complex situations within a busy workload. 
  • You will have good organisation skills and able to prioritise large work task.
