About the job

The Head of Lifelong Services will lead and deliver a new, co-produced, integrated and whole life approach and service working with people with lifelong disabilities of all ages and their families, which will:

o     Offer early intervention and build on strengths to develop skills and independence;

o     Promote and maintain safety and good health;

o     Intervene only when needed and encourage alternative ways of providing support;

o     Encourage and facilitate employment, valued roles and relationships within their communities; and

o     Make best use of public money.
