We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our Web Application Development team on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract.

Salary up to £34709 per year

Based at Spalding (Lincolnshire)

Since 2010, Public Sector Partnership Services have been delivering services for East Lindsey and South Holland District Councils and having just secured another 10 year contract, we are looking to recruitment into this busy team to focus on the delivery of transformational services for South Holland District Council. This will involve, amongst other things, improving their digital platforms and the way that Council services can be accessed online. Working closely with Council services and the Council’s digital team you will be working to deliver and exciting digital work programme    

The Position

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Web Application Developer team providing development and delivery of South Holland District Council’s digital strategy.  As a senior member of the team you will be required to bring your experience and skills to the role to enable transformation and ensure all projects are delivered within agreed time frames.  You will play an integral part in the delivery of the Council’s 2 year digital roadmap.

About You

You will have significant and demonstrable experience in web integration and development of websites using a recognised CMS.  You are an advocate for making change happen, always looking for better ways to do things. You strive to produce work that is new and original, creating and combining things in novel and imaginative ways. You enjoy learning new things and coming up with new and different approaches and applications. You are driven to create things that will last, delivering a sustainable positive impact. You think ahead, to anticipate and prevent problems before they happen – but when it comes to solving problems, the more difficult the better!
