Do you have a track record of shaping and delivering external funding programmes and employment and skills strategies?

The County Council’s Growth and Development team is looking for an experienced senior manager to make a real impact in this area.

The role:

• Heading up a Corporate Bid Team, supporting County Council services, partner organisations and business to access the various funds available.

• Shaping future local and national funding strategies, especially post-Brexit.

• Providing strategic leadership on the development and delivery of employment and skills interventions across Norfolk, including the Apprenticeship Strategy for Norfolk.

You:

• High personal impact, used to managing partnerships, at senior level, across a range of public and private agencies.

• An experienced manager of complex, large scale funding programmes, educated to degree level, or equivalent.
