About Us:

From the intricate grandeur of the Houses of Parliament to the futuristic feel of Piccadilly Circus, Westminster is a diverse and alluring borough. Home to thousands of multicultural neighbourhoods including China Town and hosting a wealth of world-class talent in diverse concert venues such as Hyde Park, Westminster is an area that caters for every man, woman and child. And while Westminster’s social scene is undeniably spectacular, it is also host to thousands of businesses, a place of change and redevelopment and home to a multitude of dynamic communities. From the regeneration projects of Edgware Road to the elegance of Knightsbridge, we strive to ensure our vicinity works for everyone.

The Role:

As our professional and technical expert in this complex arena, this is a unique opportunity to make your mark on the capabilities of the team. Our people and external partners will look to you to guide them on complex issues, with your advice securing the efficient operational delivery of the service. From ensuring priorities are balanced to supervising enforcement techniques, this is a multi-layered role in which you will be instrumental in developing the capabilities of our staff.

Please refer to the Job Description for more information.

About You:

This role holds the potential to elevate your career to the next level. Working in an environment where your knowledge and ideas will be respected, we will therefore expect you to have the ability to implement and review policy with substantial experience of handling complex service-specific casework. With the gravitas to mentor and train staff, this is your chance to shine in a team where we work collaboratively to achieve the best results – and where you are bound to excel.

What We Offer:

If you’re as productive as you are ambitious and collaborative as you are enterprising, this is your chance to take real ownership of your work, right in the heart of iconic Westminster, a true ‘City for All’. This is a unique place where it all happens. And where it could all happen for you.

As a progressive and innovative organisation, we welcome applications from candidates keen to work in an agile environment with flexible conditions.
