Our last Ofsted report found a Good service, but our ambition is to provide Outstanding outcomes for our children and young people. We are accelerating our improvement and are now looking for two new Heads of Service who can contribute fresh ideas and bring innovative approaches to ensure we help and protect those most in need.

Our new Head of Services for Early Help & Protection will ensure our recent hard-work and improvements are built upon. Through commitment, collaboration and innovation, you will ensure we are there for families before they need statutory services, receiving high quality assessment, protection and early help services.

You will make a positive impact and enjoy the satisfaction of improving outcomes for children, whilst maximising your available resources to meet a growing demand for services.
