The Role
Mosaic Training and Support Officer Job Advert
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within the Business Systems Team to provide training and support to all users of the Mosaic system. The role is based within Children’s Social Services.
If you are our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Experience of working in Social Services or NHS
- Experience of using/working with a multi user IT system
- Experience of training delivery and/or experience of presenting information clearly and concisely
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good attention to detail
The role will include supporting staff to use the Mosaic system including delivering classroom training courses, producing system documentation and providing information and advice.
The post is based in Wandsworth, but you will be part of a team providing training and support in both Richmond and Wandsworth.
