The service to stakeholders operates over extended weekday working hours, typically 8 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday. The post holder is required to work flexibly to manage and support service delivery between these hours. This may include changes to working times / patterns in order to deliver an effective service.

You will have a good understanding of facilities management business along with service level agreements, service targets, objectives and key performance indicators.

You will bring a good working knowledge of the end to end responsive repairs system process, in particular accurate recharges to stakeholders, tracking work to completion and labour costing.

With excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you will have the ability to deal with a range of parties whilst working in a multi-disciplinary team, dealing with specialist sub-contractors and trade contractors in a changing, high volume responsive repairs environment.

You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and facilities management databases and systems. Applying analysis and intelligence skills, you will have experience of collating and inputting high volumes of information accurately.
