Lead Commissioner (Permanent)

Salary scale: PO4

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic person who wants to make a difference to the lives of children and young people in the borough.

As Lead Commissioner you will provide commissioning expertise and support to operational and strategic leads within Children’s Service. You will;

  • Be an experienced commissioner, looking to broaden your expertise and knowledge.
  • Lead on commissioning a portfolio of high value/complex services to deliver good outcomes for our children, young people and families.
  • Lead on the development of effective performance monitoring and quality assurance of services
  • Work with commissioned providers and stakeholders (internal and external) to identify priorities, improve quality and outcomes.
