Junior Service Desk Analyst
We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive analyst to join our Service Desk team to provide customer focused first line IT technical support to agreed service levels. This opportunity is available on a 12-month fixed term contract, to those who already have experience in IT support or working in a Service Desk environment.
You will be responsible for carrying out duties directed by the Support and Finance Lead and DevOps Service Manager, which include 1st line support by taking phone calls, creating support tickets, first line fixes, completing basic script/process driven tasks, provide contract and financial administration support and assist with the maintenance of a software license portfolio.
