Customer Service Advisor x3
An exciting opportunity has arisen for three Customer Service Advisor’s who will be required to deal with inbound customer queries through multiple communication channels, which primarily will include face-to-face, telephone, written and electronic communication.
The role of Customer Service Advisor is to ensure a high level of customer care is delivered at all times, making sure customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively at the first point of contact.
Successful applicants must be available to commence training June/July 2019.The duration of the training will be around 6 weeks.
Closing Date - 30th May
Skills Test - w/c 17th June
Interviews - w/c 1st July, 10th July, 11th July and 12th July
37 hours per week - 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
