As Strategic Director for Digital & Customer Services, you’ll lead a number of high-profile, front line teams. Under your direction, they’ll perform at their best as you drive the digital transformation of services and the wider organisation. You’ll embrace change and remain open to innovation, while working with a range of partners to ensure fantastic delivery. The key is to lead a strategic, joined-up approach as you play your part in the borough’s wider strategic leadership. You’ll work closely with our executive team, using your expertise to drive exciting resident-led development. At the same time, you’ll take on the role of Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) in relation to FoI.
With your track record as a senior leader, our services will be in good hands. You’ll know how to work across departmental boundaries, drive major change initiatives and achieve service improvements. You can also handle the tricky task of managing multiple services, inspiring the trust of partners and teams alike. Influential and commercially sharp, you’ll provide a clear sense of direction.
