Bromley is the London’s largest Borough with 880km of carriageways and 1,425km of footways, covering densely urban areas in the north of the borough through to greenbelt countryside in the south.

We’re seeking an experienced professional with experience in highway, street lighting and traffic engineering. The role requires an individual who can demonstrate a track record of project and contract management relating to construction projects.

Key areas of personal experience for this role include management of engineering teams, highway asset management, design of street lighting and highway projects, project management and the implementation of highways, street lighting and traffic improvement projects. You will require a full driving licence and the use of your own car.

You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of working with a wide range of groups and organisations to effect and deliver change. You’ll be able to manage staff effectively and have experience of working across projects teams to influence and support successful project delivery.
