Our housing management division has a reputation for high quality and innovative services efficiently provided to our leaseholders and tenants. Located within central area team, a vacancy has arisen for a reliable, hard-working and enthusiastic deputy area housing manager.

You will be responsible for the provision of an effective housing management service to approximately 7000 tenants and leaseholders in the Putney area.  You will primarily be responsible for the operational managemet of the office and the day to day running of the services. You will take the lead on leasehold management issues and cases of disrepair, and deputise for the area housing manager in her absence. You must have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will need strong management skills, experience of dealing with complex housing management issues, and a good knowledge of housing legislation.
