The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking to recruit permanent Early Years and Childcare Advisors to provide advice, support and training to early years and childcare providers to ensure the provision of high quality early learning and childcare experiences to children giving them the best start in life.

You will support providers to meet the Early Years Foundation Stage; be Ofsted ready and challenge providers to make quality improvements where they are less than good. You will provide timely and effective interventions to support providers where there are parent complaints, safeguarding concerns or allegations against staff. You will support take up of free early learning entitlements and the Early Years Pupil Premium.
