Job Details
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Car Park team to support the Car Park Supervisors with the day-to-day running of our busy car parks. You will be expected to lead by example providing excellent customer service and a consistent high standard of service at the sites. Your role will include interacting with members of the public, staff and keeping accurate records of the daily site operations. Ideally you will have previous experience in a customer service role and must possess good communication skills. You will also need to have the ability to adapt to changing demands, a flexible approach to working hours and be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
The successful applicant will be required to work on a shift rota, based on a 7-day working week (Monday - Sunday).
