1 – located at the Civic Centre, Twickenham

1 – located at the Town Hall, Wandsworth

We are looking for two well-organised, motivated and flexible individuals to fill two permanent, part-time Admin Officer posts (18hours) within the Business Resources Division, Adult Social Services.

The positions are within Team Support which provides a key support service to front line operational areas. You would be part of a team lead by the Senior Admin Officer in the provision of a resilient administrative service.

The posts require the successful candidates to work flexibly within the teams, covering for colleagues as required.

The role is varied and requires proven admin experience with excellent IT skills including very good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. The post holder will need to have high level of communication skills, an eye for detail and an ability to self-manage competing priorities on a daily basis. This can be a fast-paced role and can provide the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to take on new skills, knowledge and experiences which can help support further career progression.
