An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Business Support Administrator (Level 3) to join the West Area Finance Administration Team. 
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position. 

The role of the team is to provide a high standard of administrative support to a range of finance related functions. The main duties include the payment of both paper and electronic invoices (Excel based), checking financial assessments for people entering residential/nursing care and raising invoices for clients in receipt of personal care in the home. 

You must be able to prioritise demanding workloads, work accurately with large volumes of financial data and be able to work effectively as part of a team to ensure deadlines are achieved. 

Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial, as is experience of updating databases and bespoke systems 

You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach. You will possess good IT skills and have experience of using Microsoft packages. Working knowledge of Oracle, Liquid Logic Adults and ContrOCC systems is preferable, but full training will be provided. 

You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
