About you:

You are an advocate for making change happen, always looking for better ways to do things. You strive to produce work that is new and original, creating and combining things in novel and imaginative ways. You enjoy learning new things and coming up with new and different approaches and applications. You are driven to create things that will last, delivering a sustainable positive impact. You think ahead, to anticipate and prevent problems before they happen – but when it comes to solving problems, the more difficult the better!

Naturally focusing on the small things that others easily miss, ensuring that everything is accurate and error free, you also pay attention to the wider factors and the bigger picture that will inform the decisions you make. You are quite happy to take responsibility for your own decisions and accountabilities.
