An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with an inquisitive nature and excellent attention to detail to join our IT Support Team working across our three primary schools based in Wedensbury and Smethwick.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience ICT Technician to provide technical support and expertise across our Primary schools.

Applicants must have a minimum of at least two years’ experience in the IT sector,

A sound working knowledge and understanding of:

· Hardware repairs of laptops / tablets

· Installation of Microsoft Windows on standalone devices and networked PC’s

· Good understanding of Office 365 – Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Exchange and Sharepoint Online

· Installation of Microsoft Office Suite

· Setup of computer hardware, software and systems

· Setup of network printers, installation of software locally & through package allocation

· Computer troubleshooting from diagnostics to backup of data to upgrade or rebuild

· Computer viruses and security

· Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2012 basic Active Directory users and permissions

Applicants must have a flexible customer focused approach to their work and be able to travel and move equipment between schools.
