Hours: Full time, 37 per week

Basis: Permanent

Location: Based at Spalding with travel outside the district

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and forward thinking Food, Health & Safety Officer to join our Public Protection Team. You will also be working on behalf of our joint venture with Breckland Council delivering food hygiene inspections for neighbouring authorities and other food and safety consultancy and training.

Previous experience in Food Safety enforcement is essential including the ability to inspect high risk and complex food processes. Being a registered trainer in an Environmental Health discipline as well as experience in health and safety enforcement would be desirable.

We are willing to accept applications from officers working towards the completion of their food safety qualification.
